As a graduate in Sports & Exercise Science along with additional level 3 Personal Training, Pro spin instructor qualifications, and a wealth of gym experience, I am well positioned to help my clients train smart with tailored programmes combining strength & conditioning with fitness and cardio leading to improved health and wellbeing.I have worked many years experimenting with plans, diets and exercises so that I can give to you the best knowledge possible in order for you to see results.
