What equipment will I need?
-All workouts are tailored to what equipment you have, whether you are training at home with no equipment or training in a gym with machines.
What if I can only train a few days a week?
All coaching is tailored to your schedule, we will talk through the appropriate days for training and your other commitments and find a balance to progress.
What level do I need to be to start?
You are welcome at any level. We are here to help you no matter what experience you have!
What if I have questions about my workouts?
We have an open chat on our app which you can message me via or email if preferred.
How long are the workouts?
Workouts are dependent on your schedule, but usually around 45 mins to an hour.
How do I contact you?
We have a message chat on the app for any questions and you are also provided with my email which you can contact me at any point if preferred.
How long are you coached for?
This is dependent on what package you choose. There is a 4-week, 8 week and 16-week online coaching.
What package is recommended?
We recommend the 16-week online coaching package as it creates a habit and gives you lifelong skills which are needed for consistency and a positive change.
Whats the difference between just buying a workout plan and online coaching?
Our workout plans are specifically designed to give you an outline of what to do while training, however you do not get demos and check-ups involved. Online training gives a full package of nutrition, workouts while holding you accountable and giving tips and advice.
